  • Receive clear, evidence-based explanations about your injury, including anatomy, contributing factors and what to expect during recovery. Learn about key models like the Biopsychosocial approach and load-capacity balance, helping you understand how recovery will work.

  • We’ll develop a progressive home exercise program customized to your injury, goal and available equipment. You’ll get detailed guidance on activity modification and strategies to stay active while respecting the healing process.

  • Regular follow-up appointments to monitor progress, answer questions, go through your exercises and adjust strategies as needed. Address challenges like pain management, building confidence and overcoming setbacks in a way that keeps you moving.
